MDE Electric Wires Over 1,350 Multi-Family Units In The Bay Area

MDE Electric, headquartered in Sunnyvale, is the largest multi-family electrical contractor in Northern California, and has played a huge role in the growth of multi-family housing in Silicon Valley, wiring over 50,000 apartment and condo developments during the past few decades.

Last year, MDE Electric completed over 1,350 units, and is currently working on 1,800 units in Silicon Valley, with another 1,000 units underway in San Francisco as well. One of MDE Electric’s large projects is Vista 99 Apartments, a 554-unit market rate complex developed by Equity Residential. The apartments are located about a mile from Levi’s® Stadium. Vista 99 feature 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments constructed in 4 levels of wood frame over two levels of concrete garage. MDE performed both electrical infrastructure installation and low voltage services for the development. They also installed the audio-video systems and distributed antenna systems (DAS) to facilitate wireless access throughout the facility.

MDE Electric also recently wired the Hearth Apartments in Santa Clara, Charlotte Apartments in San Jose, and the Lexington Apartments in San Jose.
