Project Spotlight: CONRAC

CONRAC is a massive rental car facility and parking structure with over 1,000,000 square feet built as part of the major renovation of Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport. Thermal Mechanical Inc. completed a large tenant improvement for this space, valued at over $3 million.
